Q4: Can I request a sample before bulk order?
A: Absolutely. We provide custom samples for quality and design approval before bulk production. Sample charges may apply (adjustable on bulk orders).

Q5: How do I send my design or logo?
A: You can email us your logo/design files in AI, PDF, PNG, or JPG format. We also assist with design development if needed.

• For samples: 100% advance

• For bulk orders: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch
